Your data is isolated
Your data runs in its own dedicated database, never shared across customers. You own it, and you can export it at any time.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is served over TLS, and data is encrypted at rest so it’s never stored in the clear.
Access is role-based and audited
Staff reach only the data their job requires, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Hosted on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt)
Managed infrastructure with network isolation and least-privilege access.
Backed up and recoverable
Automated backups and point-in-time recovery, with a documented restore process.
