How it works
Buyers write in their own language
Tera recognises the language of each message and replies in it. It works with 50 languages, including Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu and French. Questions about available units, prices and payment plans come back in the language the buyer asked in.
Your team reads it in English
Every conversation keeps the buyer's own words, and Tera stores an English version of each message. In the conversation view, tap the language tag on a message to see it in English, or turn on Show English to see the English under every message.
Your team replies in English
When someone on your team steps in, they write in English and Tera sends the reply in the buyer's language. If a translation ever fails, Tera sends the English and tells your team.
